Query Management

On a daily basis, you need to communicate with your customers and answer their query over social media. For a large number of queries and communications sometimes its not feasible to answer all of the queries from top to bottom perfectly. On social media the queries and messages are not segmented into parts and does not have a proper way to distribute them across team. CommEngine Query Management does it all for you. In CommEngine query management each of your communications come in a segmented way and its almost impossible to miss any of those communication unless or until you or you team member willingly miss those. CommEngine Query Management has 4 parts.

  1. Stream: Under Stream all of your page’s communication comes in stream. You can see all the comments and replies separately with the post. You can simply reply to that comment or reply the customer directly in their inbox from there.

  2. Assigned: Under stream you can assign a communication to a particular team member of yours if you need to. The assigned team member will see only those communications under Assigned. From Assigned tab you can also tag the communications with Issue Tags.

  3. Followup: From Assigned tab you can move the communications to followup if they need.. These are the communications that needs to be checked after a short/long period of time.

  4. Done: When you are finally done with a communication/issue simply move them to Done.
