Token Refresh

Refresh Token

DELETE AND REGAIN NEW AUTHENTICATION PROCESS

Why you need to refresh token:

1.For Facebook security policy, you need to refresh token after 60days.

2.If you change your Facebook password

3.If you log in CommEngine after 60 days

4.Or token is invalid for any reason How will you do that:

Step 1:

1.Go to CommEngine Settings

2.Click Refresh Token (You will find it right middle space, below action)

3.A window will popup click continue [Continue as your (Facebook ID which is used for CommEngine log in)]

4.Select your business page >click Next

5.Click Done>click ok

Your token is refresh now.

If still you find disruption go for step 2 ( Rare case)

Step 2:

1.Go to your Facebook Settings

2.Click Business Integrations (you will find it below left corner )

3.Select CommEngine & click Remove

4.Again follow step 1

Your token is refresh now.
