Campaign

Campaign is a way to send your customers/audiences direct messages through their messenger inbox. Here is how you can do that -

Step 1: Firstly, log in to your CommEngine account and go to Campaign Manager and select New Campaign

Step 2: After that, you will find 3 types of Campaign that you can choose from.

Campaign by Post

Type 1: Campaign by Post: If you select Campaign By Post, the campaign will be targeted towards a particular group of people who have done comment in a particular post of your page.

After selecting campaign by post, give your campaign a name and then click Next.

Then select the post that you want to campaign on. The posts will be appeared by the date range selected. To find your desired post on the top of the bar selects the range of date to find the post within that selected time range.

After selecting the post, click next

Write your message in the message window and then click send. You can also attach any image or link with your message. For links we suggest you use bit links for shortening the links and keep track on it.

This message will reach the comment section of the post that you selected by mentioning all the customers who commented on that particular post.

Campaign by Issue Tag

Type 2: Campaign by Issue Tag: If your select Campaign by Issue Tag, the campaign will be targeted on the basis of Issue Tag, To start the campaign first select the issue tag/tags that you desire.

After that the list of the customers who were associated with the issue tag/tags you selected will appear in a log and will also show the number of customers who will receive the message.

After that click next

Write your message in the message window and then click send. You can also attach any image or link with your message. For links we suggest you to use bit links for shortening the links and keep track on it.

This message will reach the inbox of the users who were associated with the selected issue tags by mentioning their name.

Campaign by User Tag

This message will reach the inbox of theType 3: Campaign by User Tag: If your select Campaign by User Tag, the campaign will be targeted on the basis of Issue Tag, To start the campaign first select the user tag/tags that you desire.

After that the list of the customers who were tagged with the user tag/tags you selected will appear in a log and will also show the number of customers who will receive the message.

After that click next

Campaign is undoubtedly one of the best ways to reach your customer directly and grab their attention out of the huge noise occurring in the social media. Campaign lets you target segment customers based on the situation or type of message you want to send. It's hard to find particular segmented list of your customers and reach them accordingly. Tags along with our campaign make that possible for you. You get to send your message to the particular people who needs to see it. CommEngine gives you the solution to it by campaign. You can use Campaign by user tag or issue tag to simply reach those leads. Simply tag them with ‘Google Pixel 3a’ followup and then when creating a campaign by issue tag/user tag just select the ‘Google Pixel 3a’ tag and send your availability message to them in their messenger inbox. In this way they will surely see the message and they will reach back to your for further query. In this way the leads get converted into sales and you don’t miss anything in the process, using CommEngine Campaign Manager.
