After considering any potential consumer that can be a lead user can push that consumer to the lead management system in different measures.

Inbox

To push lead from inbox first of all the particular client has to be assigned and only tne the “lead button will appear. After clicking on lead “Lead creation window will appear. There a user has to fill up the field (Phone no, email, tag ….)

Use case : To push a lead into LMS there can be two cases: an already existing lead and another new lead.

  • New: New lead refers to someone who has never been enlisted to lms. For the new users there will be no text or toaster against lead pushing.

  • Existing: For the existing leads the scenario will be as a user pushes any lead to lms it shows a toaster about the existing one and will create another row as there may be a same person making a query about a different product.

Create lead

External leads can be coming from anywhere except Facebook i:e : ( phone calls , word of mouth , retail activation/ campaign and so on.) To nurture and handle those leads, CommEngine allows us to create leads ! After clicking on “CREATE LEAD” the rest process is similar to the comment and inbox portion.

Use case: To create a lead into LMS there can two case already existing lead and another new lead

Edit lead

Created leads can be edited anytime accordingly. Right below here the listed specification is proved.

  • Phone number : can remove the entire field , can add other numbers with the existing one , can change / modify the existing number .

  • Email : can remove the entire field , can add other numbers with the existing one , can change / modify the existing number .

  • Status: status can be changed to (( New , Started, Completed , Follow-up , In progress))

  • Agent : Agent also can be change according to the user list

  • Note : Notes can be changed anytime, while keeping the previous lead history and there is no limit of creating lead

Lead Filtering:

To filter and find out any specific lead filter option is available , user can filter the lead section according to.

  • With particular time frame

  • With name

  • with phone number

  • with email address

  • with tag

  • with agent

  • with channel

  • Which status

  • which profession

  • With Address

  • with company

  • with district

  • with division

Lead Import/ Exporting

Sample sheet for Lead uploading: To upload lead to CommEngine tool it is preferable to use the sample sheet that is provided with the CE tool, to download that sample sheet first of all go to the 3 dot menu placed on the upper right corner and just click on download sample the sample The Ready sample will be downloaded for you and you can edit the sample sheet to import lead.

Lead importing Once the Excel sheet that is to be uploaded is prepared or the sample sheet is edited user can import the sheet to CE tool, for that user have to click on the 3 dot menu placed on upper right corner and select import .After clicking on that, tool will guide you to select the file and we match the field according to the tool field. Once you are done with field matching just click on upload and the file will take a little bit time to upload and your data will be uploaded. Meanwhile you can do the rest of your task that will not hamper the process of uploading.

Lead exporting If a user want to export the lead sheet into Excel form then it is possible to download the sheet for this downloading user have to click on the 3 dot menu placed on the right upper Corner from there user have to choose export to excel after sometime the there will be a notification link provided and you have to click on that link to download that Excel sheet.
