CommEngine has come up with a completely new logic of the follow-up feature. With this new follow-up feature, users can now easily have an eye on their follow-up tickets. This feature allows users to know the total number of follow-up tickets at a glance so that users can have clear visibility of each communication. From now users don't really have to find how many tickets they have pending or they have to do a follow-up.

so without any further due let's jump to a brief discussion about this feature and its working technique

Fact 1: The new follow-up feature that users will be getting from now on our CommEengine tool will show the total count of (last 60 days) tickets that are in the follow-up tab so that users don't need to filter the ticket to find them accordingly. It Will automatically be showing the 60 days data backlog.

Fact 2: Users can still filter out the data according to date if they want. To do that users have to just check the “Show date filter” box (placed on the upper right side of the tool). After checking the box user will be shown the date filtering options and from that filter they can select the date as their wish and also can customize accordingly. please keep in mind that, this change in date filter will also be applicable for the stream, assign, and as well as for done tab

Fact 3: To work smoothly in stream, assign, and done tabs users can use and change the date filter to filter out the communication, and very amazingly this change of date filter will not affect the follow-up tab anyhow hence the follow-up tab will still be showing the count of 60 days data.
