# Order Management with CommEngine
Order management is one of the most required features of CommEngine tool, businesses like SME, Brands, E-commerce, need a system that can track, store, and manage all the orders from the beginning of the process to the last mile.
browse commengine.xyz and login to the tool. after logging in the interface that will be shown like this
from the QMS (feeds & inbox) part agent can directly place \process\manipulate an order and maintain the order history and track the order with inbuilt E-Invoice.
## **product management & order placing**
**before placing any order agent can make a list of products with the specification so that while placing orders agents does not require to type manually the description of the product yet it can also be done manually.**\
from the inbox or feeds, agents will directly be able to pace semi-automatically.
1.From the right lower corner agent can find the place order option
2\. and after that clicking on it just need to add product. And the system will automatically calculate the pricing according to the quantity.
3.after just clicking on "submit" customers will automatically get a confirmation message automatically.

Right after placing the order customer will get the automatic confirmation text along with generating the e-invoice, like the attached picture.
so now you can place orders with CommEngine . point to be noted is each order can be track and trace to the last mile delivery. consider that if the order is on transit or in or delivered or canceled all the time you can notify your customer with customizable texts only by changing the status of the order. to customize order status text, find it on - Order managementt > setting > customized text > save. if you want to remove any of the status fields just untick and save.
Orders are also editable if action required.
Inventory management is also possible with order management, to place orders easily and much more fastly user can set the products with their different SKU and specification. and also product list ( excell sheet) can directly be uploaded to the system.
